Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, True Horns is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
True Horns is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly and notify our support team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package and product
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
