At True Horns, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hats. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care.
Return Process

- Your order number.
- A brief description of the reason for the return.
- Photos of the item if applicable.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
In these cases, True Horns will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at sales@truehorns.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
